Mac is a family member so it was an obvious choice for me to use him when my mom's home after her passing needed to be sold. Mac was great. We worked with him in '07 when we were buying a 2 bedroom condo for our son who was attending college in Boston. We was on top of all the new listings and available properties. We purchased and owned this condo for 9 years during that time we had period contact from Mac to update us on the local market and things in and around Boston. He always stayed in touch. We again reach out to Mac when it was time to sell the property. He developed our strategic approach, pricing, and managed the process getting us 3 offers. Our 2 bedroom condo ending selling a little over asking which was tremendous.
